superb quality roof terrace great view small room rooftop area missing service

the breakfast was amazing. i savored superb quality and service each morning. i found the location ideal with the cathedral so close. i enjoyed evening drinks on the roof terrace a lot. it provided great views of incoming cruise liners.

Our room was smaller than advertised. There wasn't even a phone for reception. no staff member seemed to be in any public area, including the bar and reception. i struggled to find a drink one saturday at 7 pm.

Minor Disappointments

noise disturbance faulty air conditioning

The breakfast team delivered superb quality and service, proving to be a highlight.

The air conditioning did not function upon my arrival. I also experienced noise disturbances from the courtyard late into the night. These issues detracted from the stay's tranquility, especially given the expected standards.

helpful staff peaceful terrace delicious breakfast small room jacuzzi bath minor repairs

The staff was very kind. They were always ready to help. I especially liked the rooftop terrace, it was very peaceful. Breakfast was also delicious (i loved the fresh fruit!).

The room i was given was a little small. I had expected more space. The jacuzzi bath in the room didn't work properly. Some minor repairs are needed in the room.
